skb QA report one issue on SEC tv regarding to HDMI_CEC.

version : v15.513.10

Reproduce step.

-HDMI CEC Feature in TV is enabled. STB also turn on HDMI_CEC.
- TV off of RCU.
  . TV is off.
  . STB is active. don't change to standby mode.
SEC TV : UN32D6350

Please see a log.

Hi Jason,

Is this problem a single TV problem?

We used Samsung TV to replicate this problem, but we can see that Eagle can enter Standby mode (green light).
log message : 07-03 13:55:10.487 4057 4075 D HAL_frontpanel: HAL_FrontPanelSetLedColor(100, 2)

We found some problems in the Log. When Eagle enters Standby mode, we also receive the POWER KEY of the IR remote control.

Please confirm whether there are other IR remote controls that affect Eagle's behavior.

Yes. it find one TV.
I'm not sure about test environment.
you think as receiving IR, don't go to standby.
Does it need to do a test with a paired BT rcu
